Requirements:
- Valid STCW
- Valid ENG1 (minimum 6 months validity)

- Fluent/strong English skills
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Deckhand to join our sailing yacht crew. The ideal candidate will have previous sailing experience, a strong sports background, and be physically fit with a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Native-level English is required to ensure clear and professional communication on board. This role involves supporting all deck operations, including sail handling, mooring, maintenance, and assisting with guest activities, while maintaining high safety and presentation standards at all times.
