Summary
We are looking for a Sole Chef for a 30m+ Private M/Y.
-Seasonal position to start the 1st of April in Spain.
-Itinerary: Cruising Western Mediterranean for the summer.
-Candidates should have previous experience as a Sole Chef or at least Sous Chef level in a professional kitchen.
-You should be confident working independently — from provisioning and preparation to full execution of meals.
-Focus on fresh, authentic Mediterranean cooking — fish, salads, white meat, and vegetarian dishes. Other cuisines are welcome. Homemade items such as pasta, breads, granola, ice cream and similar are required.
-The ideal candidate will be organised, calm under pressure and be able to maintain a clean and hygienic galley.
-Total of 5 mixed nationality crew onboard and maximum 12 guests.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
