I am seeking a Chief Mate for a 43m motor yacht, built in 2016, currently based in the United States and focused on Mediterranean itineraries for the upcoming summer season. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing deck operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assisting the captain in navigation and vessel management. Additionally, you will lead the deck crew, manage inventory and maintenance of deck equipment, and support guest services as needed. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications, significant experience in a similar role and excellent tender handling ability.
