Summary
We are searching for a deckhand for a 57m Heesen, lauched in October 2025. This is a busy dual season private and charter vessel with an emphasis on fishing and boss trips. To fit into a deck team of 4, we are looking for a motivated self starter that can bring an upbeat mentality outside on deck every day. The opportunity for the right candidate to take responsibility of large chase boats and learn from a very experienced team.
Cruising Itinerary: Panama - Belize - Bahamas. Next season Mediterranean with charters already booked.
Salary: Above Industry standards. The leave time is 90 days per year - As close to 3:1 rotation as possible (Depending on guest movements) and annual bonus and salary/performance review.
Being a big fishing program the vessel has 2 large chase boats that they tow frequently so the right Candiate needs to have great experience. Wonderful team onboard and genuinely kind owners.
Required for the position:
- Yachtmaster Offshore
- Yacht Rating Certificate
- ENG1 or Equivalent seafarer medical
- PDSD
- STCW
- B1B2 & Schengen visa
- Drivers licence
- Tender driving experience-jet and outboard a must

- Great water skills and any dive or water sports certs a plus·
- Team players with Great attitudes-no drama! Yacht Rating Certificate a must
