We are seeking an experienced Chief Steward/ess to join the beautifully run 60m SY. This is a key leadership role onboard and is coupled with the Chief Officer/Mate, making it ideal for a strong team-oriented professional who values structure, consistency, and exceptionally high standards.
The yacht is highly organised, systems are in place, and this is not a role for someone looking to reinvent the wheel. Instead, we are looking for someone who can step in seamlessly, respect existing procedures, and elevate service where it truly matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stew
- Strong sailing yacht background essential
- Exceptional service skills are the priority - classic, polished, Butler-style service
- Confident delivering owner-focused service while remaining adaptable for charter operations
- Calm, composed, and respectful of established onboard routines
- Flexible and professional, able to transition smoothly between owner use and charter
Package:
- Salary: €6,500 – €7,500 DOE
- 60 day leave
- Package and salary flexible for an outstanding candidate
