Position: Sole Chef – Italian Cuisine (High-End Charter Yacht)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Italian Chef for a busy luxury charter yacht with 7 crew onboard.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in high-end charter operations and be able to deliver refined Mediterranean / Italian cuisine at a premium level while managing a demanding schedule.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as Sole Chef on busy charter yachts
- Strong background in authentic and modern Italian cuisine
- Ability to create elegant, well-presented, fine-dining guest menus
- Consistent quality and creativity under pressure
- Excellent organization and cleanliness in the galley
- High attention to both guest and crew meals
- Respectful of yacht standards and onboard procedures
- Positive attitude and strong team communication
- No alcohol or smoking issues
- Energetic, disciplined, and able to handle intensive charter periods
