Summary
We are seeking a Sole Chef for a 46m motor yacht based in Sint Maarten, with a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing meals for a crew of 8, as well as catering to charter guests during our seasonal operations in the Caribbean Sea, typically from December through February. The ideal applicant will be culinary trained with several years of yacht experience, demonstrating proficiency in American-style cooking while also showcasing a diverse culinary repertoire. This position is available starting April 1st and we are seeking a female chef due to cabin arrangements. Candidates should be adaptable and able to work collaboratively in a laid-back environment, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation for both crew and guests.
