Deckhand – 45m Motor Yacht
Start: 5 March 2026 – Fort Lauderdale
Joining for DYT Crossing
We are looking for a motivated and professional Deckhand to join a well-run 45m motor yacht.
The successful candidate will join in Fort Lauderdale on 5 March and travel with the Chief Engineer and Chief Officer for a DYT crossing, before continuing into the upcoming season.
The Role
- All exterior maintenance and detailing
- Wash-downs, teak care, polishing
- Tender operations & guest water sports support
- Assisting bridge team as required
- Contributing to a positive, energetic crew culture
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in presentation and works well within a structured team.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 season experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Physically fit and active
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- B1/B2 visa required
- Schengen visa if needed
