Summary
We are looking for a qualified 2nd Engineer to join a 65m motor yacht, working on a rotational basis of two months on and two months off. The successful candidate will hold an SV 2nd Engineer or EOOW ticket and have up-to-date STCW certificates. Responsibilities include assisting the Chief Engineer with daily operations and maintenance, performing routine and preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and technical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a multinational crew are essential, as is the capacity to work independently and mentor the 3rd Engineer. Compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards is critical to maintaining the vessel's integrity.
