Summary

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Engineer to join a 68m motor yacht.

Rotation is 2 months on/2 months off.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have SV 2nd Engineer/EOOW ticket or above.
  • All STCW certificates up to date.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and proactive approach with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team player and comfortable working in a multinational crew.
  • Assist the Chief Engineer with daily operations and maintenance
  • Work unsupervised and mentor the 3rd Engineer.
  • Carry out routine and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and technical systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
  • Drivers License
Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • 2nd Engineer III/2 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
