The Role
As Sole Stewardess, you’ll take full ownership of the interior and deliver a warm, polished, owner‑focused service. This is an all‑round position suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys running a smooth, welcoming interior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full interior management
- Heads & beds
- Informal but refined service
- Daily support to the owner as needed
- Maintaining an organised, calm, and positive onboard environment
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings both capability and character to the role:
- Previous yachting experience as a stewardess
- Confident working independently as sole stew
- Positive, adaptable, and hands‑on
- A good sense of humour and a “can‑do” attitude
- Flexible and happy to follow owner preferences day to day
