Summary
We have a 35m Private M/Y looking for a female seasonal Sous Chef to join the yacht in Mallorca on the 1st of March.
- Seasonal position that will run through until the start of October.
- Female candidate only due to cabin arrangements.
- Focus on fresh, authentic Mediterranean cooking — fish, salads, white meat, vegetarian dishes.
- For the most part of the season you will be cooking for 2-5 guests with the occasional trip accommodating up to 12 guests.
- Family run yacht, the atmosphere is relaxed, but with high standards. Nothing over the top when it comes to hospitality.
- Previous Sole Chef experience is required for this position.
- 7 crew on board.
- On offer is a salary of up to €6,000 DOE.
