Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a fantastic dual season charter yacht with an excellent owner and a great crew dynamic.
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-run program with strong leadership, busy charter schedule, 3:1 rotation, and a positive onboard atmosphere.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on yachts 50–70m
- Strong tender driving skills
- Experience with watersports and guest operations
- Solid understanding of deck maintenance (washdowns, polishing, teak care, paintwork)
- Yachtmaster Offshore (preferred but not essential)
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and relevant certifications
- Clean driving licence
