Stewardess – Private Motor Yacht (25m)

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, polished, and service-oriented Female Stewardess to join a 25-meter private motor yacht operating exclusively for the Owner and his guests.

This is a permanent Dubai-based role, not seasonal or rotational. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Dubai and be permanently based there.

The Stewardess will be responsible for delivering high-level interior service standards, maintaining immaculate presentation of the yacht, and ensuring a discreet and professional guest experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Hospitality

• Provide professional and discreet service to the Owner and guests
• Prepare and serve beverages and light meals
• Set up table service (formal and informal)
• Assist with guest comfort and preferences
• Ensure a welcoming and refined onboard atmosphere

Interior Management

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of all interior spaces
• Daily housekeeping of cabins, saloon, galley, and crew areas
• Laundry and garment care (ironing, steaming, folding)
• Organization of storage and guest areas
• Floral arrangements and basic decoration (if required)

Inventory & Supplies

• Monitor and maintain interior inventory (linen, toiletries, service items)
• Assist with provisioning before trips
• Track consumption of interior supplies
• Maintain expense records when required

Event & Cruise Preparation

• Prepare yacht before guest arrival
• Assist during cruising operations when needed
• Support smooth onboard logistics during day trips or overnight stays

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as Stewardess on yachts (20m–40m preferred)
• Experience in private (non-charter) environment preferred
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• Food handling knowledge preferred
• Strong housekeeping and hospitality background
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
