Salary: Industry standard (DOE).
We are looking for a motivated Deckhand to join our 49m private & charter motor yacht
We run a high-standard vessel with a hard working, fit deck team of 3 and a crew that genuinely enjoys working with good banter and spending time together. This position is a great opportunity for someone keen to learn, work hard, and grow in the industry.
We spend majority of our Summer season in the Bahamas doing boss trips and charters.

- itinerary - Florida & Bahamas
- Jamaican flag – 30 days leave per year
- Joining Port : Fort Lauderdale
- Contract: Standard MLC
- Certificates: Valid STCW and ENG1 ( minimum 6 months validity)
- We tow a 40ft tender , towing operations would be a plus
Ideal candidate:
• Some experience preferred , green crew with a willingness to learn are welcome
• Strong work ethic
• Positive, outgoing personality that does well with guest interactions
• Team player who thrives in an active crew environment
• Water sports and tender driving experience is a bonus
