SENIOR SERVICE STEWARDESS 120M+ MY
We are seeking a Senior Service Stewardess to join a 120m+ private motor yacht in a leadership role within the service department.
The role:
• Assist the Head of Service with the daily running of the department
• Lead and support the service team
• Cover for Head of Service when required
• Ensure guests and owner receive the highest standard of service
• Train and guide the team to maintain the yacht’s high service standards
• Monitor guest areas, stock lists, and report defects
• Support the Interior Manager when required
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on 70M+ yachts
• Strong leadership and management skills within a service department
• Understanding of housekeeping, crew mess, and laundry
• Valid ENG1 and STCW Basic (minimum 1 year remaining)
• PDSD Security Certificate and Crowd Management
• No visible tattoos
• Additional service, butler, mixology, wine, or hospitality-related courses beneficial
What’s on offer:
• Salary: DOE
• Rotation: 3:1.5 (12 weeks on; 6 weeks off, 121 days annually)
• 3 return flights per year
• Training allowance
