EXPERIENCED STEWARDESS – 80M+ MY
We are seeking an Experienced Stewardess to join an 80m+ private motor yacht with a strong family-orientated culture and an excellent reputation for crew longevity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established programme where crew retention is highly valued by the owners and supported through a positive onboard environment.
Start Date:
• 1st April - however this is flexible and we are willing to wait for the right candidate
The Role:
• Rotational between housekeeping and service
• Salary DOE
• 90 days unstructured leave
• Private programme with family-focused owners
• Strong emphasis on maintaining high interior standards
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year yacht experience
• Confident rotating between service and housekeeping
• Hospitality background advantageous
• B1/B2 preferred
• Schengen visa preferred
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented
• Keen to grow long-term within a supportive programme
