Summary
We are looking for a Lead Deckhand to join a private motor yacht.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up, lead by example, and join a great deck team. We are looking for the following:
- Competent in all aspects of deck operations including anchoring and mooring.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Confident in all areas deck maintenance including painting, varnish, basic carpentry and general repairs.
- Great tender driving skills – confident driving 10m tenders safely in all conditions.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of deck experience on 60m+ yachts
- Essential qualifications: STCW / PDSD / ENG1 / Yachtmaster Offshore Bonus: PWCI / PSCRB
- Candidates currently in Europe or UK only.
