The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Chief Purser or senior onboard operations professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This is a fully remote role, perfect for someone with hands-on experience in cruise and yacht operations, port clearance, and crew/passenger management who wants to transition into a client-facing, tech-driven environment.
You’ll be the main point of contact for our cruise and yachting clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform and translating real-world operational experience into actionable solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key cruise line and yachting accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison for operational guidance, platform training, and account support.
- Support onboarding of new clients and provide expert advice on port call operations, documentation, and clearance procedures.
- Leverage your cruise/yachting experience to anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand workflows, operational challenges, and optimize platform usage.
- Collect client feedback to help shape product development and enhancements.
- Monitor account performance and ensure clients are fully leveraging the platform for vessel movements, port communications, and service requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as Chief Purser or senior onboard operations role in cruise or yachting.
- Deep knowledge of port clearance processes.
- Hands-on experience managing passenger, crew, and visitor movements.
- Strong understanding of cruise and yacht operations, shore team coordination, and port services.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, especially in virtual settings.
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fully remote work environment.
