We are seeking a Sole Chef for a 26m one-off aluminum sailing yacht currently in Croatia, for cruising the Mediterranean. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of meal preparation and service for a small crew of three, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence and hygiene. This role requires menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and the ability to cater to diverse dietary preferences. The Sole Chef will collaborate with the crew to provide meals during voyages throughout the Mediterranean Sea, adapting to varying conditions and schedules. Candidates should possess relevant culinary qualifications, experience in a similar role, and a strong understanding of provisioning and food safety practices. The position is permanent, and applicants should be prepared for an engaging and dynamic work environment onboard.
