CHIEF STEWARDESS – 50M Private FF M/Y
Seeking an experienced, polished, and professional Chief Stewardess to join a newly established private program with seasoned yacht owners. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong service standards, interior management skills, and the ability to lead an interior team while maintaining a calm and professional presence in a guest-facing environment.
Cayman Islands flagged, operating with a crew of 12 from mixed nationalities. The vessel is privately owned and runs an active private program with significant owner and guest interaction.
Accommodates up to 12 guests and has a worldwide itinerary planned for 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior team, setting and maintaining service standards
- Deliver high-level guest service with strong attention to etiquette and presentation
- Oversee all interior operations including service, housekeeping, and laundry
- Manage interior inventories, provisioning, and organization
- Train, mentor, and support junior interior crew
- Maintain clear communication with the Captain and other department heads
- Ensure a seamless experience for owners and guests during busy itineraries
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized vessels, must have previous longevity onboard.
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2 (or higher)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Polished, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and flexible with long hours and changing schedules
