Summary
We are seeking an experienced Captain for a 35m motor yacht based in Italy, currently undergoing a sale process with potential for chartering thereafter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the vessel, ensuring safety and compliance with maritime regulations while maintaining high standards of service. The role involves overseeing a crew of four, managing daily operations, and coordinating with the owner and stakeholders throughout the sale process. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum 500 GT ticket and possess at least two years of command experience on vessels of similar size. Preference will be given to candidates who are locally based and/or Spanish-speaking, as familiarity with the Mediterranean cruising area is essential. This is a permanent position for a capable leader ready to take the helm of a well-maintained yacht.
