Deckhand - Private 65m+ Support M/Y
This position will see you working on a support vessel as part of a larger fleet.
You will be responsible for deckhand duties both on your vessel and on the guest vessel when guests are onboard
Start: 1st of April 2026
Package: Highly competitive salary paid in euros / Excellent benefits package including Generous training allowance/ 90 days leave.
Experience and attributes required:
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 6 months experience as Deckhand on 60m+ yachts
- Proficient tender driver
- No visible tattoos
- No criminal record and happy to undergo pre-employment drug screening
- B1/B2 visa preferred

Your responsibilities include:
- Proven deck maintenance skills or well on your way to acquiring them
- Tender driving skills with an ability to operate both 6m & 10m tenders with jet and outboards
- Minimum PB2 (YM preferred)
- PWC License
- HDA and/or HLO advantageous
- ENG 1 (minimum 3 months)
- All STCW Certs valid to work on a commercial vessel
