55m Motor Yacht – Busy Charter Operation
We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 55-meter motor yacht operating a high-intensity charter program. This is a hands-on role within a professional deck team, suited to a motivated individual capable of working independently in a demanding charter environment.
Position Details
- Vessel: 55m Motor Yacht
- Operation: Busy charter yacht
- Deck team size: 4
- Contract: Seasonal (with potential for permanent position for the right candidate)
- Season: February – end of October
- Salary: €3,500 per month, depending on experience
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum three seasons of yacht experience
- Previous charter yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
- Valid ENG1 medical certificate
- Strong deck maintenance and seamanship skills
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with wash-downs, polishing, line handling, and general deck operations
