Temp Experienced Deckhand – Potential Permanent Role
We are seeking an experienced temporary Deckhand to join a private/charter motor yacht with the opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Details:
• Contract: Temporary – approx. 1 month
• Start date: Immediate
• Location: Joining St Maarten, sailing to Miami
• Salary: €3,500 per month
• Leave: Paid leave accrued pro-rata, equivalent to 45 days per annum
(Leave paid in lieu for the temp period)
• Program: Private / Charter
• Visa: B1/B2 required
Requirements:
• Solid deck experience on similar sized vessels
• Confident with washdowns, detailing, docking support, guest operations
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and team player
• Able to step onboard and hit the ground running
