Experience on a similar size yacht

Experienced Captain required for this family pleasure yacht, coupled with a Stew/Chef!
The yacht will cruise Montenegro, Greece and Turkey so experience in these waters would be a bonus. Captain will join in Montenegro. The owner is looking for a captain who can communicate well, is accountable, proficient in accounting & budgets and proactive in all matters. Family use with an active family who enjoy kiting, snorkeling and swimming. Currently on a contract with the aim of staying perm in the near future.
