Requirements
- OOW 3000GT or higher (MCA or equivalent)
- STCW, ENG1, and valid seafarer medical
- B1B2 and Schengen if required
- Yacht experience a must
- Strong navigation and bridge watch-keeping skills
- Confident with passage planning, safety management, and ISM/MLC compliance
- Good leadership and communication skills in English
- Hands-on, proactive attitude
- Golfers will be prioritized
Responsibilities
- Bridge watch-keeping and navigation
- Assist the Captain with compliance (MLC, ISM, flag, class)
- Safety equipment, drills, and onboard training
- Voyage planning and chart corrections
- Support deck operations and tender driving
Package
- Salary: Competitive, DOE
- 60-day leave per year

Vessel loading onto DYT in Fort Lauderdale. Successful candidate to accompany vessel with Chief Engineer for maintenance and familiarization. Vessel arrives in Mallorca in late March.
