Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Second Officer to join a busy 55m motor yacht. This role requires an Officer who is fully confident across all deck operations and maintenance, with strong tender driving skills, solid watersports experience, and the ability to competently manage mooring station operations. The position is structured approximately 80/20 between deck and bridge duties, making it well suited to a newly qualified OOW, where strong navigation and bridge knowledge will be important.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, clear communication, and developing leadership qualities. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safety-focused mindset are essential and highly valued. Proven longevity and excellent references are required. This is a permanent position offering 60 days of annual leave.
Notes: 2nd Officers with their PWC instructor and/or drone piloting/video editing skills would be an added advantage.
