Summary
We are seeking a Chief Engineer for a 66m motor yacht, built in 2017 and currently based in Greece. The successful candidate will oversee the engineering department, ensuring the yacht's systems and equipment are functioning optimally. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating daily operations and providing technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in yacht engineering, relevant certifications, and a strong understanding of marine systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a rotational schedule are essential. This role offers the opportunity to participate in a worldwide cruising itinerary while being part of a dedicated crew of 18.
