Summary
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Engineer to join a 55-meter yacht built in 2018, currently located in France. In this role, you will assist the Chief Engineer in the maintenance and operation of all engineering systems onboard, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities include routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and overseeing repairs while maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess relevant engineering qualifications, experience on similar vessels, and a strong understanding of marine systems. You must be able to work collaboratively within a crew of 13 and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
