DECKHAND 52M MY:
We are seeking a Deckhand to join our team on board a 52m vessel based in Mallorca. The successful candidate will be a part of a strong team of three deckhands and a Second Officer, primarily helping with Winter maintenance jobs before preparing for the Summer charter season.
The role:
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Deckhand position covering all exterior duties and maintenance.
- Following the Winter period, the vessel is a busy private/charter program through the Summer.
- This is a well-established crew with good longevity on board, as well as senior crew who enjoy mentoring the career minded crew members.
What we’re looking for:
- Good work ethic with a proactive, team-focused attitude. We can teach you the skills to become a good deckhand and progress in your career, if you have the right attitude.
- Someone who enjoys their work, puts their hand up for the dirty jobs, will help out where needed and has a willingness to listen and learn.
- Any background in trades or transferable skills is a bonus.
- Stable work history and excellent references.
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
