Summary
We are seeking a temporary Deckhand to join a 29m+ motor yacht based in the South of France for short-term assistance, with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, motivated and experienced in general deck and technical maintenance with a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with engine room detailing
- Varnishing and varnish repairs
- Fibreglass repairs
- Deck sanding and surface preparation
- General deck maintenance and support as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a deckhand (yacht experience preferred)
- Practical maintenance skills and confidence with tools
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Available immediately or at short notice
- EU passport or valid right to work in the EU preferred, local candidates to SOF preferred
