Job description: We are currently looking for a Junior Service stewardess to join a large (100M+) private motor yacht. The ideal candidate has at least one season yachting experience. Experience on cruise liners or high- end land-based hospitality (fine dining, café, large events such as weddings, conferences etc.) is a must. The candidate will be part of the interior team of approximately 25 people. The interior team exists of Laundry, Housekeeping, Crew mess, and the Service team. The Service stewardess will work within an established team of seven + their Head of Department. The candidate will be responsible for all service matters, setting up and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Must have experience with buffet, plated, silver and room service and feel confident in preparing and serving teas & coffees, fresh juices & smoothies, soft drinks, and snacks. The candidate will be responsible for all mise-en place and cleaning/ detailing of communal guest and crew areas. International Driver’s licence is a must (Automatic and Manual).
Other: 90-day trial period where leave cannot be taken. Return flights to home destination included. Vaccinated against Covid-19. No visible tattoos.
Contract: 4:2 rotation
Salary: 2800€
