Summary
We are seeking a qualified Lead Deckhand for a 66m motor yacht operating in the Caribbean Sea. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the yachting industry, with strong skills in operating jet and leg tenders of 7 meters and above. In this permanent position, you will support the bosun in maintenance procedures and effectively manage supplies while being an integral part of a dedicated multinational crew of 22. Working closely with a team of five on deck, you will need a comprehensive understanding of deck operations and safety protocols, along with effective communication skills to collaborate with team members. A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance is essential.
