Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sole Chef for a 23m charter sailing catamaran based in Italy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-quality meal preparation and menu planning, catering to diverse dietary needs for guests on board. Responsibilities include managing all culinary operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The chef will also be expected to collaborate with a small crew, assisting with deck duties during berthing and maneuvering, and taking on navigational watch responsibilities during relocations. The successful applicant should possess strong teamwork abilities, adaptability, and effective communication skills, along with a valid culinary certification and relevant experience in a similar role. This seasonal position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
