Summary
We are currently seeking an exceptionally strong Head of Housekeeping for a busy 85m private M/Y.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as Head of Housekeeping on a similar-sized vessel required
- This role requires a strong balance between: Hands-on team management on the floor and housekeeping administration and planning.
- Must be highly organised and confident with administration and supplier management
- Excellent surface care knowledge and understanding of delicate maintenance essential
- Previous experience with Pinpoint Works and Sortly is essential
- Upcoming months will include multiple contractor works, so candidates must be confident overseeing contractors while managing winter maintenance and admin
- Busy summer season ahead, requiring strong multitasking and leadership skills
- You be rotating one other strong and knowledgeable HOH.
- Fantastic crew on board with proven longevity.
