- Applicants should have several years of Chief Stewardess experience on vessels 60m+ and be comfortable maintaining momentum, morale, and structure within a busy interior department.
- Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to build and develop a cohesive team from the ground up.
- The Heads of Department have been onboard long-term, providing excellent stability, continuity, and support.
- The owner is described as wonderful and very friendly, contributing to a pleasant and respectful working environment.
- This vessel operates on a private with light charter program and is typically dual season, though it has been spending more time in the U.S. recently.
- This position is open to both temporary and permanent candidates at this stage. A permanent contract offers a 2:2 rotational schedule with a salary of up to $9,000 DOE.
- Ideally, the successful candidate would be available to start within the next few weeks.
- A B1/B2 visa is essential.
