Summary
We are seeking a Lead Housekeeper to oversee and enhance the housekeeping department aboard a Private motor yacht 100m+.
In this role, you will lead a team, assisting the head housekeeper with daily operations and stepping in during their absence.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to sanitation protocols, managing inventory and purchasing supplies, and maintaining defect and maintenance lists. A strong understanding of cleaning methodologies and equipment is essential, as you will be expected to ensure that all areas, both guest and crew, meet high standards of cleanliness.
Additionally, you will support the Chief Stewardess and HOH as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
This position offers a rotation of 12 weeks on and 6 weeks off, with a competitive salary based on experience approximate 3,800-4,500 EUR DOE
