Summary
We are seeking a Head of Service for a 120m+ motor yacht Currently in Europe , with a rotational of 10:10 weeks
The successful candidate will oversee an interior team of over 12 members, ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered to guests during operational periods.
This role requires direct communication with the Chief Stewardess and a strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Candidates should possess a minimum of one full year of experience in a lead position on yachts, ideally over 100m+, and have a fluent command of the English language.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and ready to integrate into a multi-national crew.
The position offers a competitive salary of 6,000 EUR, with an increase based on performance.
