Hard-working Deck/Stew with Engineering Skills & Sailing Background Needed

Vessel: Commercial 24mt Sailing catamaran

We are looking for a versatile and tireless Deck/Stew to join our team for the remainder of the Caribbean season, Atlantic cross and summer Med season. This is a demanding role on a busy vessel with high service standards. Long hours and hard work are required.
The Role: This is a hybrid position. You will be working primarily on deck but must be ready to assist the interior team with high-level service at any moment. Due to the nature of the vessel, technical aptitude is highly valued.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certificates: STCW, Valid ENG1, AEC, Powerboat Level 2.
- Experience: Proven experience on deck. Sailing background is a must.
- Languages: Fluent English + Italian (Basic level acceptable, but must be willing to learn/communicate).
- Visas: Must hold a valid Schengen Visa or EU Passport.
- Lifestyle: Strictly Non-Smoker.
Desired Skills (Big Plus):
- Engineering: Experience with engines, systems, and general maintenance is strongly preferred.
- Service: Bartending / Cocktail knowledge.
- Profile: Sporty, active, and well-groomed.
