We are seeking a skilled Mate for a 33m motor yacht operating primarily in the Mediterranean Sea. The successful candidate will hold a Yacht Master qualification and possess at least two seasons/ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with completed modules towards the OOW ticket. Responsibilities include leading night watches, driving tenders, and managing water sports activities, particularly towing. The role requires strong interpersonal skills for engaging with guests, including children, while collaborating effectively with a small crew of six. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to their career, a reliable and team-oriented demeanour, and a history of longevity and loyalty in previous positions.
