/ The Role
We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and experienced Chief Stewardess to lead a team of 9 (10 including CS). This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is confident, organized, and service-driven. You will be expected to manage the interior team with clear communication, structure, and warmth while creating a memorable guest experience with a special focus on family and children’s entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support an interior team of 9 with clear direction
Maintain strong standards in housekeeping, service, and guest readiness
Oversee interior inventories, provisioning, scheduling, and crew training
Coordinate effectively with the Captain and heads of department
Plan and deliver guest games, family entertainment, and creative children’s activities
Interact confidently and professionally with owners and guests
Ensure the team culture remains positive, proactive, and drama-free
Candidate Profile:
Immaculate presentation and professional demeanor
Healthy, fit, and active, with a team-focused mindset
Confident in high-level owner and guest interaction
Small, tasteful tattoos acceptable
Strong leadership, longevity, and proven interior management experience
Must have excellent references and proven longevity in past roles
Requirements:
Valid Schengen visa – essential
Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2
Positive references demonstrating longevity and leadership
