We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organised Sole Stewardess to join a professionally run 24m motor yacht operating on a mixed private and charter program. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded Sole Stew who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and delivering high standards of service.
The vessel is based in the South of France, and the position would be ideal for someone already living locally, offering the rare opportunity to go home most nights while still working on an active charter program.
You will be fully responsible for the interior, including service, housekeeping, guest experience, and provisioning, while working closely with the Captain and 2 other crew members. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a true team-player mindset are essential.
The program values professionalism, adaptability, and a hands-on approach, and would suit someone confident managing the interior independently while contributing to the overall smooth running of the yacht.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Previous experience as a Sole Stewardess
• Proven charter experience essential
• Strong service and housekeeping skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Positive, adaptable attitude and a strong team player
• Happy to assist in other departments when needed
• All certificates up to date
• Fluent English required
