Position: Deckhand / Mate

Yacht: 24m Sailing Yacht

Program: Starting April – Mediterranean cruising (Charter & Private)

Flag: Malta

Contract: Permanent

Requirements:

• Strong sailing background with solid deck maintenance experience

• Capable of independently managing the deck department

• Engineering knowledge is a strong advantage; able to assist in the engine room

• Competent in standing navigational watches

• Opportunity to gain drive time

• Ability to manage watersports when required

• Charter yacht experience is a plus

• Independent and problem-solving oriented

• Minimum qualification: Yachtmaster Offshore

• Fluent in Italian and English

• Valid STCW Basic Training

• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
