Sole Chef – Private 35m Motor Yacht (Bahamas-Based)
We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a professional private yacht with occasional charter use, based year-round in the Bahamas with biannual Florida yard periods.
This is a demanding sole-charge role suited to a chef who thrives working independently and consistently delivers exciting, well-presented food with bold, balanced flavours. Full responsibility for menu planning, provisioning, hygiene, and galley cleanliness is required.
This is not a party boat. The program is calm, professional, and based in a quiet marina. High standards, organisation, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Requirements
- Proven Sole Chef experience (yacht or equivalent)
- Strong food presentation, flavour, and creativity
- Excellent food hygiene and galley management
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Right to work in the USA required (B1/B2, Green Card, or US citizen)
- Cover letter required
