We are searching for an exceptional Chief Stew to join a beautifully run sailing yacht with lovely British owners who value polished, traditional butler-style service delivered with consistency and discretion.
This role requires a confident, service-driven leader who can oversee the interior with calm authority, maintain high standards, and lead by example. The yacht has excellent, well-established systems and procedures already in place, and the owners are looking for someone who can slot in seamlessly, respect existing structures, and continue to deliver an impeccable onboard experience.
The Chief Stew will be responsible for setting the tone of service, mentoring the interior team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both private and charter use, with the ability to adapt effortlessly between the two.
