Summary
Reiya Group is seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join a 40m+ commercial yacht based in the Mediterranean. The vessel is currently located in a shipyard in Italy, with a busy guest season running from May to October.
This is an active program with high guest interaction, so we are looking for a confident and capable Second Stewardess who can step straight into a leadership-support role within the interior. The position is part of a successful interior team of three, with a total crew of ten.
The successful candidate will rotate through all aspects of the interior and must demonstrate excellent service standards alongside strong housekeeping skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ yachting experience
- Previous experience working as a Second Stewardess
- Extensive service background with strong housekeeping skills
- Valid Schengen visa in hand (if applicable)
- Available to join mid-February
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-level service to guests throughout the season
- Assisting with and overseeing service during meals and events
- Maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards across guest and crew areas
- Rotating through all interior departments as required
- Supporting and mentoring junior interior crew
- Ensuring a consistently high guest experience
Package
- Salary: €5,500 per month
- Leave: 60 days paid
