We are seeking a freelance chef to do a one week owner's trip in the Bahamas. Trip dates are April 4 to 11 with additional days on front and back end to provision and clean. Simple American fare primarily, but also like Italian, Asian, and Mexican. Male candidates preferred because of cabin situation. 10 guests plus crew. Candidates already in Florida preferred, but can fly in the right candidate.
