Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Purser for a 90m+ Charter Motor Yacht.
We are seeking a highly experienced and service-driven Purser to join a prestigious 90m+ Motor Yacht that has come under new ownership and is launching an exciting new charter program. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a fresh, guest-focused program.
The vessel will operate a dual-season itinerary (Mediterranean/Caribbean) and is looking for someone who thrives in high-end charter environments, delivering five-star service while coordinating the many moving parts.
Qualifications:
- STCW Basic Training
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Additional training or certification relevant to the Purser role is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Purser (or equivalent senior guest-facing role) on 70m+ charter yachts
- Proven ability to manage front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Fluent in English; other languages an advantage
- Professional, discreet, and service-minded team player
Start date: March 2026
Leave: 2:2 Rotation
Salary: DOE
Itinerary: Shipyard until May then dual season
