Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Stewardess to lead the service team on a 100m+ motor yacht. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest service, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and attention to detail are maintained throughout the vessel.
Your responsibilities will include managing the service team, coordinating dining experiences, and liaising with other departments to facilitate seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury service, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate leadership capabilities. This is a rotational position with a schedule of 3 months on, followed by 1.5 months of fully paid leave.
